1. Einstein 1 Platform
Salesforce is relaunching its platform as Einstein 1, creating a trusted AI platform for customers. At the heart of Einstein 1 is "Einstein Copilot," a conversational AI assistant that understands natural language, making interactions more human-like. Copilot takes it a step further by suggesting multi-step action plans. Users can choose which actions to follow or skip.
2. Copilot Studio (Prompt Builder + Skills Builder + Model Builder)
Copilot Studio gives Salesforce admins and professionals the power to implement generative AI effectively. It comprises three main components: Prompt Builder, Skills Builder, and Model Builder. These allow users to create, deploy, and manage AI prompts tailored to their needs, ensuring more streamlined and personalized experiences.
Think of it as creating templates for prompts. You pick how to link these prompts to Salesforce data, then activate them for users quickly. , you build, test, and deploy AI prompts for your users.
It's like handing out AI skills on the Salesforce platform. For instance, user X gets certain AI abilities for process A, but user Y doesn't. Essentially, it's an admin's way of adding AI "skills" to a Salesforce Flow.
Here, you choose which AI models to use. You can go for Salesforce's in-house models that they've been refining for years, or you can opt for models from preferred partners like Anthropic, Cohere, Databricks, Google Cloud's Vertex IX, or OpenAI.
3. Free Data Cloud and Tableau Licenses
Salesforce offers customers free Data Cloud and Tableau licenses on Sales and Service Cloud, Enterprise, or Unlimited editions. This generous package includes two Tableau Creator licenses and Data Cloud licenses for up to 10,000 profiles, making these previously intricate Salesforce products accessible to all.
The keynote, hosted by Salesforce Founder, Chairman, and CEO Marc Benioff, was titled: "Now everyone is an Einstein – Data + AI + CRM + Trust."
4. Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud ("More Core")
Salesforce is leveraging its acquisitions of Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud by integrating 26 generative AI capabilities into these platforms, with more than 25 additional features expected by the end of 2024. This expansion, built on Data Cloud, promises more robust and data-driven marketing and commerce experiences.

Salesforce Flow, a tool for automating tasks, gets a significant boost with Data Cloud integration. Now, flows can be powered by dynamic, real-time data from Data Cloud and other systems, adding a new layer of versatility to automation processes.
